Our Returns & Exchanges policy reflects the same commitment to quality and customer satisfaction that defines our collections.

Our Return Promise

We offer a 15-day return policy from the date you receive your item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In its original condition
  • Unused and undamaged
  • In the original packaging with all tags attached

Non-Returnable Items

Due to their custom nature, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Made-to-order furniture pieces (clearly marked on product pages)
  • Final sale items (marked as such during promotions)
  • Opened or used bean bags & pouffes (for hygiene reasons)

Returns Process

Step 1: Request Authorization

Before returning any item, please contact our customer service team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Include the following information in your email:

Step 2: Receive Return Instructions

Within 2 business days, our team will email you:

  • Return authorization
  • Shipping instructions
  • Return shipping label (for eligible returns)

Step 3: Package and Ship

Carefully repackage your item in its original packaging and include all accessories. Attach the provided return label and ship via the carrier specified in your instructions.

Step 4: Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return (typically within 5 business days of arrival at our warehouse), we will process your refund. You will receive email confirmation when this is complete.

Exchanges

To exchange an item for a different size or color:

  1. Follow the standard return process above
  2. In your return request email, specify the replacement item you desire
  3. We will process the exchange once the original item is received

Note: You will be responsible for any price difference and additional shipping costs for exchanges.

Refund Information

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within:

  • Credit/Debit Cards: 5-10 business days after approval
  • PayPal: 3-5 business days after approval

Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to:

  • Our error (wrong item shipped)
  • Defective or damaged item

International Returns

For customers outside the UK:

  • You are responsible for any customs duties or taxes on returned items
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service
  • Original shipping costs cannot be refunded for international orders

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective:

  2. Include photos of the damage and packaging
  3. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you
