Shipping Information

Order Processing

We process all orders within 1-2 business days of receiving your payment. You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer two shipping options to suit your needs:

• Standard Shipping:
  • Carrier: DHL or FedEx
  • Delivery time: 10-15 business days after dispatch
  • Shipping fee: £12.95
• Free Shipping:
  • Carrier: EMS
  • Delivery time: 15-25 business days after dispatch
  • Available for orders over £50

Returns & Exchanges

We stand behind our contemporary designer furniture with a 15-day return policy from the date of delivery. Please review our policy below to ensure a smooth returns process.

Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return, your item must be:

• In its original condition
• Unused and undamaged
• In the original packaging with all tags attached

Non-Returnable Items

Due to their custom nature, the following items cannot be returned:

• Made-to-order furniture pieces (clearly marked on product pages)
• Final sale items (marked as such during promotions)
• Opened or used bean bags & pouffes (for hygiene reasons)

Returns Process

Step 1: Request Authorization

Contact our customer service team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Include the following information:

Step 2: Receive Return Instructions

Within 2 business days, our team will email you:

• Return authorization
• Shipping instructions
• Return shipping label (for eligible returns)

Step 3: Package and Ship

Carefully repackage your item in its original packaging with all accessories. Attach the provided return label and ship via the specified carrier.

Step 4: Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return (typically within 5 business days of arrival at our warehouse), we will process your refund. You’ll receive email confirmation when complete.

Exchanges

To exchange an item for a different size or color:

• Follow the standard return process above
• In your return request email, specify the replacement item you desire
• We’ll process the exchange once the original item is received

Note: You’ll be responsible for any price difference and additional shipping costs for exchanges.

Refund Information

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within:

• Credit/Debit Cards: 5-10 business days after approval
• PayPal: 3-5 business days after approval

Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to:

• Our error (wrong item shipped)
• Defective or damaged item

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective:

• Contact us immediately at [email protected] (within 48 hours of delivery)
• Include photos of the damage and packaging
• We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you
